Research Paper «Isomorphism: A Study of homogeneity in the management consultancy field
»

For our class "Strategic Management Consulting", at Rotterdam School of Management, we conducted a research to find out if the 15 most prestigious management consulting firms have similar characteristics or not. Our results shows that most companies have a lot of similarities, regarding Strategy, Organizational Structure, Service Offering, Recruitment Activities, Research and Public Relations as well.

We decided to publish our work under a "Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0" license. I hope you find our work an our findings interesting, and we are waiting for your comments on the paper or suggestions for future research.
